Our process begins with an organizational assessment. Using surveys and one-on-one interviews, we discover trends, causes, and challenges. Together with your executive management, we will clarify priorities and goals based on the data collected.
We then generate a customized plan for improving performance and helping your organization reach its goals. The recommendations and plans will incorporate the time and resources needed based on the defined objectives. Once the plans are approved, we work within your organization with your team to facilitate implementation.
Upon implementation, we shift to maintenance mode and are available as needed to help your organization continue to succeed.
Assessment
The first step in the process.
Our process begins with organizational assessments through survey and one-on-one interviews with your team at all levels. This will help MaxSynergy Consulting evaluate how well your company strategy is being understood and identify challenges and causes.
The results are reported confidentially to the executive management. MaxSynergy Consulting will work in partnership with you to identify and prioritize objectives to help the organization reach its goals.
Development
Based on objectives, we develop customized solutions to help the team reach their goals. Once the plan is approved, MaxSynergy Consulting will work in partnership with your leaders and other employees to facilitate and implement a hands on tailored solution to address the defined challenges for you to achieve your strategic goals.
Implementation / Immersion
Time Frame: Months 3 – 4
We spend 2-3 days in-person or online. We will meet with your team members for 1-2 hours per week. These sessions can be one-on-one meetings or online. These sessions specifically address the challenges and facilitate the initiatives necessary for achieving your goals.
Time Frame: Months 1 – 2
Meetings are reduced to bi-weekly and then once per month. This pace is fluid and can be adjusted to each individual’s success.
Partnership with your team is critical to the success of the process. If the leaders and your employees don’t actively participate in this process, the experience becomes just another exercise. When they participate, however, they will own the process and the results.
Maintenance
Ongoing, as needed
While MaxSynergy Consulting is at your company we will identify key individuals in your organization who have the ability to facilitate long-term maintenance, therefore, reducing future dependence on consultants. MaxSynergy Consulting is always available on an as-needed basis.
